And here's the list from Kepler's (go all the way to the bottom to find mass market paperback) Kepler's is a wonderful bookstore that gets really good sushi in for its authors when they do signings. Well, one of them, anyway. And if you've done a signing for them they won't let you leave without giving you a book for the road, which is astonishingly civilised.
