The Enormous Polaroid

I'm alive. They did the Vanity Fair Enormous Polaroid picture this morning, and it was a strange experience standing for fifteen minutes while the huge device was adjusted. It's one of five giant Polaroid cameras in existence -- and this year it will run out of film and chemicals, and then it will become wood and brass and glass and cloth, without function.
